The "FEARLESZ" RICHMOND CHAPTER of Choir Psi Phi National Music Society, Inc. was chartered at the very first DMV Conference early Monday morning at 1:23 a.m. sharp by Jerico Johnson & Jeromie McDowell on the campus of Morgan State University in the Chapel building.
